Welcome to Friendship Village Campground and RV Park located in beautiful Bedford County, PA. Here in this picturesque countryside, the British built a fort to withstand Indian raids. Today, campers come to visit the nearby Fort and also to relax in a place where life moves along at a slower pace. The campground has a family oriented atmosphere and activities. It provides excellent facilities for campers in tents as well as big rigs. Come and stay with us and visit area attractions.

    ***All advanced meal or table reservations are limited and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Meal prices are subject to change.

    Saturday, 6pm - White Elephant Auction - Bring a $20.00 NEW item for the auction and get one night free camping this weekend. (2 night minimum). Proceeds go to The Missional Church.

    Saturday, 10:00am –Pamper Mom Day - Moms and daughters can enjoy a morning of pampering! Free door prize drawings, breakfast, and a gift for each mom that attends. ($)

    Bluegrass/Tractor Weekend
    Friday 7 pm – Revised Edition – Bluegrass

    Sat. 12 pm – Strawberry Shortcake & Ice Cream ($). Enjoy an antique tractor show and parade including tractors, decorated golf carts, bicycles, strollers, etc. Bring a tractor and get one night free camping this weekend. (2 night minimum).

    Sat. 7 pm – Caanan's Land – Bluegrass

    Country Western Weekend
    11 am – Round your family up for some good ol' country fun!
    Mechanical hog rides, tractor pulls, watermelon eating contest, bounce house and more! ($)

    June 18
    Father’s Day Weekend
    8 -10 am – Deluxe Pancake Breakfast. Enjoy a hearty family breakfast and free door prize drawings. Dads eat free! Advanced reservations are required and limited. ($)

    10:15 am – Matchbox Car Races
    Kids can bring their favorite Matchbox car to compete. Cars will also be available for purchase.

    June 25-26
    Relay for Life
    9 am Saturday until 9 am Sunday. Sign your team up to help fight cancer. A concession stand will be available onsite during the 24hr relay. Walk-In participants are able to register on-site. Purchase a luminaire in honor or memory of someone.

    Carnival Weekend
    11 am – NEW INFLATABLES FOR 2016! New attractions plus dunk tank, face painting, carnival food and more! $5 per person, $15 maximum per family. Additional charges for food.

    July 16
    Race Day
    11 am – Enjoy a Friendship Village style Go-Cart Race! Sign up your teams of 4 members then race your way to the finish line! Teams will be limited so sign up early! OH YES, there will be pit stops you have to complete. Pedal go-carts will be provided.

    July 22
    Hawaiian Beach Party
    6 pm – Enjoy music and snacks at our pool party. Break out your Hawaiian outfit and join the fun. ($)

    July 24-30
    Bedford County Fair Week
    The Bedford County Fair features livestock, rides, food and entertainment. Pay one price admission.

    Family Fishing Contest
    8 - 10 am: Prizes awarded for smallest, largest, and most caught. Catch and release. No boats. No barbed or 3 prong hooks. Judges will be on hand.

    August 13
    Pasta Bar Night

    5 pm – Come enjoy a wonderful pasta bar dinner. Meal includes pasta, salad, bread, drinks and dessert. Advanced reservations are required and limited. ($)

    9 am - Biggest Fan Contest Show your team spirit and decorate your campsite!
    Winners for best decorated campsite will be announced at the flag football game.

    Festival in downtown Bedford. Over 400 craft vendors.

    Apple/Craft Weekend*
    10 am - 2 pm - Craft Show - Advanced table reservations and payments are required, one table space per vendor and limited to 25 tables.

    10 am - Fresh cider and apple butter made on the premises, apple dumplings, etc.

    October 22
    Harvest Weekend
    5 pm – Trick or Treating throughout the campground for families wanting to participate. Please bring individually wrapped store bought treats. Please NO evil costumes.

    7 - 9 pm – Walk the runway for our costume contest. Prizes will be awarded. Hayrides, hay tunnel, and pumpkin decorating. Bring items for our scarecrow making contest. ($)

    • Left at light
    • Take left at the next light
    • Follow 220S towards Cumberland
    • Take next exit Rt. 30W (Greensburg exit)
    • Right at Friendship Village Road at bottom of hill
    • Registration office in the barn

    From 30 West:

    • Follow 30W (18 miles from Breezewood)
    • Do not go into Downtown Bedford – Take the Rt. 30W exit
    • Downhill approach then turn right onto Friendship Village Rd.
    • Registration office in the barn

    From 30 East:

    • Left onto Friendship Village Rd. after passing Ford Dealership
    • 2 miles west of Bedford
