The Rock 'N' Ridge hiking trail is a moderately difficult hike along the mountain side in Blue Knob State Park.

This hike is just under three miles and can take around 2 hours to complete at a leisurely pace.

Along this hike you will encounter small streams and semi-steep inclines. You don't have to be an expert hiker, but you may want to keep these obstacles in mind before you start out.

This trail is suitable for families with older children (about 10+), but can be tackled by other experienced youngsters.

Use caution after a large rain, as there is a stream that can be running a little heavier than a typical day.

This trail loops back to where it starts so it is convenient to park and walk without planning on a pick up.

Along the trail you will encounter several historic and natural sites including old, free-standing, stone chimneys and camp sites.

The tail is narrow in places, but is large enough for side by side walking for much of it.
